郑俊华接访：依法依规 用心用情

6月22日，县委书记、县长郑俊华来到县信访局联合接访中心，热情接待来访群众，面对面解决他们反映的问题。

接访过程中，郑俊华认真倾听群众诉求，耐心解释有关政策，并责成相关部门限期解决，给上访群众满意的答复。

郑俊华要求，要依法依规、公平公正解决好群众合理诉求，把相关政策向群众解释清楚，按照政策抓好落实；要始终把维护人民群众利益放在首位，提高为民服务情怀，真正把群众当亲人，着力解决群众急难愁盼，不断增强群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感。
